Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Diztaly's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Diztaly provides business transformation, AI, marketing, and technology consulting services. The scope of services for each engagement is defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and work products created by Diztaly remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the service contract.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Diztaly's liability in connection with any services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
